About the Recipe
These waffles were just phenomenal and made feel super satiated for many hours also I didn't feel like biting anything, I had a lot of energy during the day and zero headaches after eating it since the sugar value is very low.
Ingredients
1 cup bleached almond flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch or coconut flour
1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
1 flax egg (1 tbs ground flax seeds + 3 tbs water. Mix and let it sit for 5min)
1/2 cup plant milk (I used almond)
2 tbs unsweetened apple sauce
2 tbs almond butter
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp monk fruit syrup from @lakanto (you can skip this step and add 2 tbs water with 8 Stevia drops)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Preparation
Combine ingredients, cook with coconut oil.
